About SEOBuilder

SEOBuilder is built by one person, Adarsh Mishra. There's no team behind that, no funding round and no sales floor. It's pre-launch and paid for out of pocket, which shapes most of what follows.

What it measures

We put the questions your buyers ask to answer engines, then report which answers name your site, which name a competitor, and which name nobody. The engines we ask: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot, Claude (API).

Every one of those is a live request, made when your scan runs. None of it is a lookup in an index we cached last month. That's why a scan takes time, and it's why each one costs us money at the provider the moment it goes out.

The rest is the classic work, done properly: keyword rank tracking and technical site audits.

Why the free check needs no account

The free check asks Google's AI Overview and ChatGPT, whichever you tick, one question about your site. No email, no card. One question, because there's no account behind that page to meter the spend against.

There's a hard daily ceiling on what it can spend, claimed in our database before the request goes out. When the day's budget is gone we say so plainly instead of showing you a result we didn't pay for.

We run it on ourselves

On 20 August 2026 our own dashboard read "cited in 0 of 70 answers" for the topic "ai seo tools". We're invisible in our own category, and our own product is the thing that told us. It still says so.

The site audit is the same story. Crawling our own 79 pages, it reported 43 titles longer than the limit it flags to customers. All 43 ended in the same 13-character brand suffix, which bought nothing. They're fixed, and a title over the limit now fails our build instead of waiting for the next crawl.

What you won't find here

No customer count, no star rating, no logo wall. Invented numbers have been deleted from this site before, and the rule that replaced them is short: if we can't show you where a number came from, we don't print it.

Prices, tier limits and the engine list on this site are read out of the code that runs the product, not typed into the copy. A build here fails if they disagree.
